Cancellation Policy

At Dr. Panda Academy, safety is our top priority. We want every student to explore, create, and learn in a fun and secure environment. Please review the following guidelines with your child before class: Classroom Conduct - Follow the teacher’s instructions at all times. - Be respectful of classmates, materials, and equipment. - No running, pushing, or rough play in the classroom. Equipment Safety - Handle Robotics kits, motors, and tablets carefully. - Do not connect, plug in, or modify any electronic parts without teacher approval. - Keep liquids, snacks, and drinks away from the classroom. Respect and Teamwork - Work collaboratively — share ideas, listen to others, and take turns. - Respect other students’ creations and space. - Everyone’s goal is to learn and have fun safely! Emergency Procedures - In case of any accident or injury, notify the instructor immediately. - Parents will be contacted if medical attention is needed. - All emergency exits and first-aid supplies are available on site. Refund Policy: Because our classes are small (only 4 students), we prepare materials and equipment in advance for each participant. - Cancellations made 3 or more days before the class → Full refund minus the $10 non- refundable registration fee. - No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of the class or no-shows. - If Dr. Panda Academy cancels a class due to weather or emergency, a full refund (including the registration fee) will be provided.
